This weekend, we come together in the jungle to celebrate Mamay’s anniversary with a sacred ayahuasca retreat at Xochipilli. This ceremony carries Ushnawa medicine, prepared with deep reverence by the Ushnawa tribe of the Peruvian Amazon — a lineage medicine known for its purity and healing power.

Join us for a weekend of connection, reflection, and renewal, held in the loving container Mamay has built over the years.

A sacred sanctuary nestled in the powerful vortex of the Cancun jungle, Xochipilli is not a resort—we are a tribe, a home of medicine, and a family committed to keeping the flame of human consciousness alive. Stepping into the Mayan land offers a unique and powerful frequency that is itself part of the healing.

As a boutique-style retreat, we hold intimate ceremonies ensuring every detail feels personal and cared for. Our medicine facilitator, Arturo Lopez, carries a deep, native traditional respect for the medicine, guiding you through a gentle, safe, and deeply grounded encounter with the sacrament.

Here in a space that is safe, grounded, and primed for a profound internal dive, you are welcomed like family to experience authentic Amazonian plant medicine in the heart of the jungle. Allow yourself to be held as you awaken to a more conscious way of living.

Mamay Retreats understands the feelings when acknowledging the internal call to sit with plants of power. After a decade of intense spiritual inner work and apprenticeship with a powerful mentor in different countries with groups from 15-150 we know what it takes to transcend to the next highest level. Integrating and cultivating a life with kind self-responsibility.   Four years ago we began working with Xochipilli,  month to month creating this nurturing environment. Mamay Retreats understands the importance of the quality and sacredness of the medicine, prayer and safe container. Our promise is to help you bridge on to the next step of such important decision. Guiding with the utmost love and care moment to moment of your healing retreat for your highest good.

All of our retreats are priced with shared accommodations but a couple single rooms are available for an additional fee (first come first serve). Remember, on many different levels we call on to our special ceremony circle and most aligned roommate. Xochipilli has created a safe setting for healing, cultivating deeper community, organic and nature friendly facilities resulting in bigger take aways. Trust that all has been paved with your process in mind.

Our retreat begins the morning of Friday September 25, 2026. at 9 am. with Kambo Detox Ceremony (Optional) and ends on Sunday September 27, 2026  by 1 pm.

Please plan to arrive one night before (Thursday) the retreat center opens after 3pm.

Please send an email to the organizer if you need more information before booking. Please note this mini retreat does include Kambo,  Ayahuasca ceremonies, Temazcal, integration circles and one 50min massage.
